Luca Bosurgi, DHyp, MBSCH, is a renowned life coach, master hypnotist, mind researcher, and trainer. He is also an author and visionary speaker, recognized for his pioneering research on the mind, the development of the CognitiveOS Hypnosis program, and the identification of Adult Emotional Dependency (AED) syndrome.

Luca was born in Rome, Italy, to a Christian family that descends from the Marquis Bosurgi, a lineage rich in 1,200 years of art, engineering, and enterprise. In the early 1890s, Luca’s grandfather innovated concentrated orange juice, becoming one of the pioneering Italian industrialists.

Luca's life has been filled with diverse experiences that align perfectly with his passion for enhancing human happiness and self-sufficiency. He has lived in 14 major cities around the world, speaks five languages fluently, and has participated in investments, business development, and rescues. His extensive background has provided him with a deep understanding of various cultures, industries, and psychology. These qualities have significantly contributed to his effectiveness as a compassionate life coach mentor.

From a young age, Luca received profound practical and spiritual education from a holy master. As he approached adulthood, he had gained revolutionary insights into the meaning of life, the hierarchy of spirit and mind, and the workings of the mind in relation to humanity's spiritual journey evolution.

Luca studied Business & Law at Bocconi University in Milan. At the age of 23, he was called on to rescue his family's business, Sanderson & Sons, based in Messina, Sicily. Over the course of three years, Luca successfully preserved 1,500 jobs and ensured ongoing production for around 25,000 citrus farmers. This pivotal experience propelled him into his initial career in corporate turnarounds, followed by investment banking. By the age of 28, Luca established his investment portfolio in Luxembourg, with additional branches in London and New York, focusing on portfolio management, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.

In 2005, after over twenty years of balancing his healing mission with a banking career, he sold his business and relocated to Los Angeles to create the CognitiveOS Hypnosis School and set up a practice. This marked the beginning of Luca’s journey to refine the CognitiveOS Hypnosis and Mind Fitness Method, resulting in an increase in his success rate from the original 65% to over 95% in recent years. Currently, thousands have benefitted from the CognitiveOS Hypnosis and Mind Fitness methodology, not just with Luca but also through the healers he has trained.

Additionally, Luca is highly skilled in both ancient combat and martial arts, and he has embraced a variety of mind-body disciplines from both the West and East. He is always on the lookout for effective ways to promote balance and healing for those who need it most. Back in the early 1990s, he stumbled upon the transformative power of Clinical Hypnosis in London, where he had the wonderful opportunity to train with Michael Joseph, the Founder and President of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, who also published the European Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. Michael Joseph's insights, combined with Luca's rich expertise in computer and digital science, metaphysics, psychology, and ancient healing methods, laid the groundwork for his unique and innovative approach to life coaching and mind training: the CognitiveOS Hypnosis and Mind Fitness programs.

In 2016, Luca published his novel 'The Mind Shaman', exploring the journey of Adult Emotional Dependency (AED) and life coaching. This engaging book received a complete update in 2025! Then, in October 2020, he introduced 'Captain You - A Course in Emotional Self-Reliance', where he unpacks the principles of the CognitiveOS Hypnosis and Mind Fitness Method, along with his personal, unedited insights about our minds.

In November 2020, Luca made the exciting move to Florida with his family and practice. By May 2023, he proudly launched the Mind Fitness Academy, an online version of his popular programs. Today, Luca continues to deepen his research into the mind while fine-tuning the CognitiveOS Hypnosis and Mind Fitness Programs. He’s dedicated to supporting his clients, whether they work with him at his welcoming studio in Spring Hill, Florida, or connect with him through Zoom FaceTime.
