Frequently Asked Questions

How many clients have experienced the method?
Over 6,000 in the last 30 years.
How many of them gained the expected results?
My success rate has improved from 40-60% in 2006 to over 95% in the last 10 years.
With how many sessions?
These are statistics based on clients that have completed at least 13 sessions.
How can long-lasting results be obtained with just 13 Mind Fitness sessions?
This method achieves remarkable results in a surprisingly short time thanks to its unique blend of Life Coaching and a special language that gently reaches the mind while in a state of deep relaxation through Cognitive Guided Meditations™ (CMG). This approach offers clients the clarity they need to foster self-reliance and tools of mind management at a deeper level. Once self-reliance is established, the mind lets go of unwanted emotional barriers, trauma and PTSD, making way for new behavioral choices – like leaving behind outdated ‘dependent’ behaviors and embracing positive, emotionally independent responses. Working at the perception level is quicker and more effective than trying to change behaviors directly, which is often the main focus of most therapies.
What do you consider to be a success?
When my clients have clarity and a sense of rest in their minds, they cultivate self-reliance, break free from Adult Emotional Dependency (AED), enhance positive behavioral choices, apply effective mind management techniques, heal trauma, and achieve results that surpass their expectations.
Why weren’t you able to help all of your clients?
My method consistently provides valuable benefits! However, it's important to note that those with low personal motivation or a history of brain impairment might not experience the same remarkable outcomes. Over the past several years, I've fine-tuned my method and made the initial screening process even more precise. This way, I can focus on helping those who I truly believe will benefit from this experience.
I’m a special case, would you be able to help me?
Most of my clients consider themselves special cases. We can determine the suitability of the method for your requirements when we meet in person or via phone.
After how many sessions should I expect to see results?
Usually after the 4th session.
How many sessions do you recommend?
The first 13 sessions play a vital role in healing and helping to normalize the instinctual side of your mind. Once we finish these, you'll be able to embrace your new outlook on life, allowing us to build on the positive changes and fine-tune different areas of your behavioral system. The following 13 sessions will further strengthen these new programs in your unconscious, help clear away any lingering traumas, and maximize the benefits you've gained from the initial 13 sessions.
How do the first 13 sessions differ?
Each session of Luca’s foundational program has a specific purpose, establishing the basis for the next. Clients learn mind management tools and perceptual strategies in every session to attain emotional independence, effectively manage their thoughts and emotions, and meet their essential mental needs. Following a 40-minute life and mind coaching session, clients undergo a 20-minute CognitiveOS Hypnosis session, which is Luca's proprietary method designed to heal, reset, and assist the mind in addressing mistakes and trauma while promoting the development of positive and efficient mental programs. Here is an outline of each CognitiveOS Hypnosis session.
Session 1: Anamnesis and 1st session
- Following a preliminary discussion about your symptoms and significant life events, the first session will help you acclimate to the program. It will introduce you to your unconscious mind and the initial Cognitive Guided Meditation™ (CGM) technique designed to address reactive anxiety, fear, and early trauma.
Sessions 2-3: Release of Anxiety and Fear
- These two sessions assist your mind in letting go of unnecessary anxiety and fear. This crucial first step focuses on diminishing your brain's unproductive activity, thus liberating the mental energy needed to advance in therapy. The two sessions also establish the emotionally independent environment necessary for the subsequent four to seven sessions aimed at eliminating Adult Emotional Dependency.
Sessions 4-7: Releasing Dependency Behaviors
- Sessions 4 through 7 guide your mind to accept and embrace natural emotional self-reliance, which is long overdue, and to release Adult Emotional Dependency (AED) alongside dependent behaviors, as well as the trauma connected with them. I observe significant changes in most clients during or right after this series of sessions.
Sessions 8-10: Building a Framework for Self-Reliance
- These sessions build on previous efforts and leverage the mind’s increased openness to foster and improve emotional independence. They play a vital role in developing the foundation for your new self-reliant behaviors, which become integrated into your behavioral system, distinguishing them from outdated emotionally dependent actions and the traumas associated with them.
Sessions 11-12: Journeys of Forgiveness – Release Self-judgment, Shame, Guilt & Regret – Self-forgiveness and Release Judgment, Blame, Resentment, Anger & Pain and Forgive others.
- Sessions 11-12 concentrate on effectively addressing your past experiences, both personally and in relation to others. The goal is to eliminate negative emotional attachments to the past. This process also liberates mental energy and improves your relationship with yourself and those significant individuals from your past.
Session 13: Release Anxiety and Fears
- The final session concludes the initial therapy course by releasing persistent, unwanted anxiety and fears, which are now considered outdated. This process also clears additional trauma and obsolete behaviors while solidifying new, independent behaviors, thereby completing the foundational course.
We all have different personalities and issues. So, how can standardized journeys fit all of your clients?
Most people's structural and instinctual mental processes function similarly to how your physical body operates. This enables me to use the same fundamental approach for all my clients. In the second 13-session phase, however, I concentrate on the specific behavioral changes each client needs and eventual remaining trauma and PTSD. The standardization of my programs has been vital for their progress and enhancement, facilitating the high success rates my clients achieve.
Do you work with clients addicted to alcohol or drugs?
My programs assist clients in addressing the underlying causes of their addictions, often linked to anxiety. However, they do not treat the physical and psychological dependencies. Consequently, I only work with clients who have completed rehab and/or can manage the compulsive aspects of their addictions.
Which method of payment do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check or Cash
Do you take insurances?
I don’t take insurance. However, some of my clients have been able to obtain health insurance reimbursement for my services.
Will I remember the meditation?
Yes, you will.
What are the possible dangers or side effects?
There have been no reported adverse side effects from my life coaching and CognitiveOS Hypnosis programs.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, my clients’ records are kept in strictly confidentiality.
How long have you been practicing?
Over 30 years
Are you from Italy?
Yes!
What is the meaning of DHyp, MBSCH?
DHyp: Diploma in Hypnotherapy
MBSCH: member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis
Do you practice Clinical Hypnosis?
I hold a master's degree in clinical hypnotherapy, which can be effective for certain conditions. However, I do not utilize this approach. Instead, I apply my unique method, CognitiveOS Hypnosis, in my programs, which does not rely on the trance state typically linked to clinical hypnotherapy. My experience indicates that this trance state is not required; CognitiveOS Hypnosis allows my clients to remain aware and in control throughout the entire process.
