Program Structure

Phase 1: Foundation Program (13 Sessions)
This phase focuses on normalizing survival responses, reducing anxiety and fear, eliminating Adult Emotional Dependency (AED), and establishing emotional self-reliance.
Most clients experience noticeable relief within the first few sessions, major internal shifts between sessions 4–8, and stable emotional grounding by session 13.
Phase 2: Advanced Program (13 Sessions) — Optional
For those who choose to continue, this phase clears remaining trauma and conditioning, strengthens self-leadership, optimizes performance and relationships, and solidifies long-term stability.
Session Format
Each session combines two components:
40 minutes: Life & Mind Coaching
20 minutes: CognitiveOS Hypnosis®
