Working with a life coach is a collaborative, structured process focused on developing emotional self-reliance, inner stability, and clarity. When working with a life coach like Luca Bosurgi, you engage in a personalized approach designed to address your unique challenges and goals.
Sessions take place in a calm, confidential setting and are tailored to your personal situation. You remain fully present and engaged throughout the work, with the aim of strengthening internal leadership rather than managing symptoms or endlessly revisiting the past.

Life Coach Program Structure
The Mind Fitness program is structured in stages, allowing the work to unfold progressively and at a pace that supports lasting emotional self-reliance.
Foundation Program (13 sessions)
This phase focuses on stabilizing emotional patterns, clarifying internal dynamics, and developing the core skills of emotional self-regulation and inner leadership.
Advanced Program (additional 13 sessions)
For those who choose to continue, the advanced phase deepens the work by reinforcing emotional autonomy, strengthening consistency, and addressing more subtle or long-standing patterns.
Maintenance Sessions (Optional)
After completing one or both phases, some clients choose to continue with weekly or monthly sessions to deepen the work, refresh internal alignment, and maintain clarity during periods of personal or professional transition.

Length and Commitment
Each person's path is different.
Some clients work with a life coach for a focused number of sessions around a specific issue. Others choose a longer process to support deeper emotional development and consistency over time.
There is no obligation to commit beyond what feels right for you.
